BS service and NO client consideration! DONT GO THERE

I bought a Dixon 8" tablet and it starting giving problems 30 mins into the switching on and charging of the tablet. Switch off 4 times. Cash Crusaders Port Shepstone refused to believe me and expect me to sit there and wait so they can test is and wait for it to happen. ***!!!!! You don't expect a client to sit and wait till a device gives a problem, it says exchange or refund on the slips not WAIST A CUSTOMER/CONSUMERS time. I have never seen that before, is it completely unacceptable to ASSUME that a client has the time or that a client is talking BS. It's not like it is pre-owned!!!! IT IS BRAND NEW!!! NOT THE FIRST TIME CASH CRUSADERS SOUTH COAST OWNED BY SAME OWNER HAS GIVEN PROBLEMS!!!! IT IS BS! **************!!!!!!! Stay away from them, rather save and spend more at real shops or order online
