Broken Promises and No Support from Cash Crusaders Germiston

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Cash Crusaders Germiston. I made an online payment for a laptop extension and have been requesting a proper invoice and a breakdown of the settlement amount.

The invoice I received was upside down and unreadable, and my email address on the contract was incorrect. I reached out several times via email—no response. I then spoke to someone named Elijah from the complaints department, who promised to assist me, but nothing was done. I followed up again and still received no reply. Their phone line doesn’t work, their emails are not acknowledged, and I'm left with no support.
