Broken item

I bought a Bluetooth speaker in Dec 2020 and in Jan the speaker stopped working it just turned on the power button but did not respond to Bluetooth and USB stick on the 19 of Jan I took it back to the store and they said they were gonna repair it and it's been 2 months now I have not received the speaker back and I have been going to the store but they never give me answers. first time they said the stock from repairs had not returned and I asked how long it takes for them to return things from repairs they said normally its 7 days but here I am today two months later the speaker that I did not even use for a month had been gone to be repaired for 2 months now and everytime I go to the store I never get answers
