Brand new product died two weeks later and couldn't be returned of fixed

I bought a brand new Dixon charger set (Charger and Cable) at the cash crusaders Cosmo Mall, two weeks later, the charger died (the cable about a month later), when I returned it they said there's nothing they can do. So I had to just accept that about R200 of mine went down the drain.

We had also bought two large Dixon speakers which died after two Sundays.
