Branch sold my Hifi System but interest is paid up.

I pawned my Hifi System at Cash Crusaders (Tsakane Mall) and have been paying my interest via Ozow.

I attempted to make a payment on the 18th of April 2023(before due date 22nd of April 2023) but the link was not responding. I then used the same banking details and the reference number to make a payment which went through successfully.

I then send a follow up email to the manager to inform him of the payment so that her confirm the receipt of the payment, but no reply came through. On the 19th of April 2023, I again send another email to the manager but still i did not get any reply back.

Now on the 30th of April when I finally got the chance to go to the store to redeem my Hifi System, they told me that it has been sold on tje 26th of April.

The branch manager is very rude and has no idea on how to treat customers with respect. He tells me that he does not normally read emails. How pathetic is that. This is insane and unacceptable.

This is pathetic service. How on earth can a manager intentionally neglect replying to clients' queries 2 times and go ahead to sell my item.

I do not accept anything less than the market value of my item. This is gross ****gery and underhand tactics to cheat people's belongings.

I need this sorted as soon as possible so that I can have my Hifi System replaced.
