Bought w/machine 25/02 now 11/03 and no delivery

Despite offering five possibilities for delivery the machine I purchased has still not been delivered 15 days later. Finally, I was devoutly promised that today would most certainly, be the day. I was called to say they are on their way. I walked up to the main road to wait (Boyes Drive - so, not a difficult road to locate !) and I waited like a street walker. Eventually I received a call to say they could not locate the property !!! I assured Rihana (who is, lovely, by the way) that there are three routes to access Boyes Dr from Tokai side and that there is no way the van could have missed me not I, it as I watched every potential bakki, van or truck and certainly none passed by me carrying a washing machine. Add to this utter nonsense the fact that I set aside time on four other occasions and, yet not even an 'attempted' delivery on any of those days. I now want a full refund and I shall buy a washing machine elsewhere. I paid R2999 for the machine plus R250 for delivery. I advised Rihana that I shall go to the shop tomorrow to claim a full refund. What a waste of my time and energy and I have heaps of dirty laundry with no clean clothes.
