Blu valley bad customer service
Very bad customer service
I want to complain about the customer service by the manager at cash crusaders blu valley mall. As a customer i have my rights and the manager at the shop by the name talenda shouts at customers. He has no customer service and i buy an item from the shop and the item did not work. Its now 6 months and they say the item is nowhere to be found. As a customer i need my money but the manager insulted me and i took the issue to headoffice. Now he does not want to assist me because i reported the story.
