Blocked iPhone 14 bought from cash Crusaders

Cash Crusaders (Maitland street Bloemfontein) , sold me a blocked iphone 14 amounting R14000, they can't produce a proof onwership of the previous owner or saller, iPhone store need this documents to help to unblock the phone which the store doesn't have, The store says they are not responsible and the can't refund or exchange the phone. I might have bought the ****** phone from the shop, proof of purchase is available when I bought the phone from them
