BELAIRES STORE LOSING YOUR GOODS

I went to get a advance on my father's gold wedding ring. You are assured that your property will be safe until you come a repay the advance and collect your property. Unfortunately this is not the case a BEL AIRES cash crusaders. Being paying the interest to renew the contract for a few months only to go and pay the loan and collect today only to be told they can't find it. That they believe that they may have sent it to be sold. Is it okay to replace with another gold ring. No it is not, to me that is a priceless piece of my late father which has been lost or ******. To be told your goods will be safe until you collect is a blatant lie. And then to just get shrugged off by them saying we will just give you another ring. Come on is that what customer service is in this country. What a joke and then asking for management gintsct details and still waiting for them now it just shows that they don't care as long as it is the customer that gets *****ed and not them.

Really do hope someone gets back to me on this but won't be holding my breath.
