Badly treated at cash crusaders and my problem nit fixed

I am not happy of the way we were treated at this store

On the 14th January i went to cash crusaders to fetch a tablet i bought for my daugter in December and the simcard were stuck inside the tablet they booked it in for repairs a Manager called Frikie was helping us and the first word that cameout of his mouth with the assistance was that it will not be replaced if repairs then i will have to pay.

The guy who helped us first was really rude treating me and my father like we are dum people and we do not know how to put in a simcard.

They first said thr motherboard of the phone has blown up by the simcards inside. The phone says it takes 2 simcards so we assumed that if one slides in through then the second one will go after as it did not even block the sims but carried on. I did not even push hard to put the sim they just slide through. The manual does not have anything on how to put the simcards in.

Now they taking it for second opinion and they say we broke the simcardport and we will have to pay of they fix it.

We stayed there at the shop for more than 2 hours waiting for manager to help who came out and also said the same story and does not want to listern to our story.

So this really upsets me
