Bad staff ethics

I wanted to take out a loan on a hoverboard and when the staff member tested it by standing on it, he broke it. The staff member then exclaimed that it was broken and that they are not willing to assist us. After speaking to the store manager they refuse to fix it or replace it! Service so bad! Break your items and then tell you its broken! I can understand if it was a mistake but then own up to it!!!!!
