Bad shopping experience

I couldn't complete my shipping.The item I saw on display was not for sale.After waiting for more than 15min by the counter ,waiting for a misplaced laptop charger .

The sales person tell me the laptop placed by mistake it's not for sale .

Ok I ask if they have some with that laptop spec the manager tells me they don't have .

I went to look again at display.I saw another laptop I ask them to open the locked display so I can see the laptop.

They can't find the key again the keep me 10min then I tell them I have to be a work they need to hurry and they respond irritated and rude manner and attitude.

Some sales person starts a verbal fight with me
