Bad service/Unprofessional service

Cash Crusaders appears to thrive on poor customer service rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction. When I called their Head Office at ***, I was transferred to Vincent, who was introduced as a manager. I asked for his full name to know whom I was speaking with, but he refused to provide it. However, he insisted on knowing my name and surname, which I provided, yet he still declined to identify himself.

When I attempted to address my complaint—the reason for my call—he threatened to disconnect simply because I questioned whether a policy was, quite frankly, a bit ****ty. Are employees not supposed to end calls only if a customer is being directly abusive?

This is not the first time I have raised this issue, yet no one seems willing to assist. Instead of providing real solutions, they repeatedly ask customers to send an email, only for nothing to be done afterward.

My complaint remains: the no-cap policy enforced in Crusaders stores is unnecessary and off-putting. No other stores impose such a rule, nor do they make customers feel like potential ********s the moment they walk in. This policy is counterproductive and actively drives customers away.
