Bad services

It's been a month and some days now since my phone was rebooked for repairs ,l bought a new phone from them in May this year and it's the second time returning it to be fixed for the same problem , Cash Crusaders sell broken phone to their customers ,if the phone is not broken why would it take a month to be fixed lm sure it will go on for 2 months coz as it is no one calls me to update me regarding my phone and if l call they saying they are still waiting to hear from the supplier but it's their brand dooge .l won't recommend anyone to buy cell phones from them rather go to other services providers and save the trouble of wasting your time and money ,when someone buys a phone it means they want to use it not to pay cash for something new only to return it several times to be fixed and to wait that long for the phone to be fixed
