Bad services

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy cell phones from they ,l they sell broken phones l bought aDooge S59 phone at Cash Crusaders Pretoria Station ,and with in a space of 5 months l returned the phone twice to be fixed the last time l took was on the 3rd of October and today is the first of November it's still being fixed ,they don't call to update me , ,the last time l spoke with them l asked if it completely broken just give me another phone that is equivalent to what l bought because the phone was new from the box .....they said they can't give me a new phone instead they will buy the phone form me at a lower price ,up to now l don't understand why because they sold me a broken phone from day 1 .....so please guy's do not buy any of their cell phones products rather go to other cell phone providers and try your luck coz Cash Crusaders will be a waste of money and time
