Bad service to someone who took the effort to get the pay ozow link.MAMS MALL CASHCRUSADERS.

I took a loan and I was paying their interest as I knew I will take back my tv on the 04th of November but the month of September they never sent me a link for payment I did enquiry 4days before month end as I saw hoe come they didn't send the link . On whatsapp they just read my message no reply ..after one day someone rep**** and said he/she don't work to send links instead of giving me a solution. I SENT AN EMAIL THEY REP**** AFTER DAYS AND GAVE ME A CALL AND SAID LETS COMMUNICATE VIA WHATSAPP YET I never got help on whatsapp....CashCrusader in Mams Mall ..I hope and believe my tv is not sold because I am not letting this go..as the link was a simple way for payment as I have a new born baby ...if it is sold I really fighting this....agent who talked to me gave me personal details to send the money then my partner said no don't send to personal bank tell them to send store account atleast...unfortunately I no longer have whatsapp phone I am only able to send email using my laptop......I need my tv back is not my fault that ur systems don't send things on time or don't send at all the good thing is I did follow up ....if my tv is sold u will provide the same tv as that tv is rare to find.
