Bad service Roodepoort

bought a laptop at Cash crusaders Roodepoort Constantia kloof. the oprating system is windows 10 , it crushed windows within 3 weeks , understanding that I have a 6 months waranty I took it back to the shop on 16/02/2021 , on 18/02/2021 when I call to enquire about the progress i am told that they dont cover the software , So am asking if you guys are happy that you sold a lapto which is only switching on but does not operate. They now telling me that they know a guy who can Fix it for R250 which must be paid by me. this is nonsense, the damn thing crushed within a month after purchase and there is no physical damage.
