Bad service. My valuables are missing

Im so disappointed in Cash crusaders Raslow. We really appreciate their help when we need cash by pawning our valuable.

Today I went to collect my Herman Kardon go play Bluetooth speaker. I paid the amount that I was owing and when they bring the speaker the charger was not there. I brought my speaker with a black bag so that when I collect I already have a bag.

My speaker was not inside my bag and the charger is missing.

I wanted to use my speaker today for my son’s graduation party. Imagine the disappointment for going back home without a speaker. I had to pay someone to borrow me a speaker so that I don’t disappoint my son.

I want my original Herman Kardon charger. I’m giving them until Wednesday.

They can buy a speaker with a charger from other Cash Crusaders and give me a charger then they can sell their speaker to someone who’s interested to buy it without a charger.

I paid them on time so why must I suffer when I want my stuff. They are inconveniencing me big time. I want my charger not later than Wednesday
