Bad Service - Kempton Park Cash Crusader Franchise

Today, i went to cash crusaders Kempton Park and have received the worst service for the second time.I wanted to buy car music tweeters and found two cash crusaders workers chatting by the door and never offered me any assistance.

I took the tweeters that i wanted and paid for them, while there i asked them to test for me and the reception lady refused.She told me they are new and she cant test for me. I showed her the receipt that it says they should test and sign off.She left me there and started speaking to the other workers that its her lunchtime now. They never tested until after 30 minutes when i demanded my refund. The manager never bothered to check, he just did not come to the front and only just signed off the refund.

May someone clarify the level of service i received.

Time was 10h57 and left shop at 11h28.
