Bad service from the"manager" himself

Yesterday I went into a cash crusaders at Cosmo mall, to ask what they would need from me to get a TV, I advised that I have both the TV licence and ID copy but they belonged to my partner and he couldn't get to the store, they said it should be fine as long as I have the documents. Today I go in, everything in hand, the "manager" Patrick or Phillip whatever his name is turns down my documents because the picture on the ID copy wasnt "clear enough", I asked if it would be fine if I brought a driver's license copy to prove that this wasn't ********** and that the ID was just old and washed out, agreed and I went to get the 2nd copy, get there and he turns me down because I now need my partner there. I wasted time, money and energy when he could have just turned me down in the first place. I don't know what their procedure is and honestly I wouldn't have had a problem if they had just told me from the get go that they can't assist me. Luckily there's a PnP at the same mall, went in and I got my TV... Using the same damn details. All I can say for cash crusaders is that if you enough with our money, tell us and don't waste our damn time.
