Bad service from the manager of cash crusader

These people are so rude, I come back with the same problem after advising them the speaker they sold me has a fault, this is the second speaker I’ve received with the same problem, I’m tired of there attitude, there sales people lie, the owner said I should speak to welcome the manager who can’t even speak or let a person finish talking , making up excuses for a faulty product, he wrinkled my slip and refused to assist, bad service yet again,
