Bad service from CC Mega-City

I have a serious issue with the collection of my iPad from the store in Mega City Mafikeng. Yesterday, 05 June 2023, I sent my daughter to come release the iPad but was told 3 different stories from your staff. The first said the owner of the contract must call in and the item will be released to her, the second said the owner of the contract must call in and send her ID to the person who collects. When she went back to your store with a copy of the ID and asking me to call in as per your request, she was now told that the owner of the contract must send a request in writing. She stood there in Mega City, frustrated, for over 2 hours and still came back home empty handed. Soon we will be told that the item has been removed and sent to the floor to be put on sale.

Since last week, even today, I’ve been trying every 30 minutes or so to call the store but your phones don’t seem to be working. I sent an e-mail last week but nobody bothered to check it nor respond to it. I am worried that soon enough my iPad will be sold regardless of all the efforts we took to secure and release it.

I need to release my item and I need 1 clear explanation of what exactly needs to be done to get it. The reason I sent my daughter is that I’m on maternity leave with a very small baby and cannot be going out of the house for things someone else can do for me. Please assist me and keep the item until I get a definite explanation from your side.
