Bad service from cash crusaders head office and ssb online.

Good service received from Teboho and Tiisetso at cash crusaders vosloorus after I received a bad service from their head office and ssb online I have been trying to call the head office since Friday with no response and I have been sending them messages no help or sort of assistance from them. And only today I received a call from Elijah from head office after 4days they decided to call me and when I said vosloorus branch helped me he says as long as you were helped imagine. He just annoyed me honestly. Teboho and Tiisetso apologized for the inconvenience and resolved the issue and he comes and say as long after 4days. It's pple like him that will chase customers away and their head office for not doing their job.
