Bad service from Cash crusaders

Bought Dixon washing machine from Cash Crusaders Klerksdorp on 3 January 2023. Machine faulty. really bad service from Cash Crusaders. Brought machine back on 10 Feb. Still faulty. Tried to phone cash crusaders, Friday afternoons they take phone off the hook. Last time I deal with Cash Crusaders.
