Bad service

I had experience at cash crusaders Silverton, I asked them if they can assist me in locating ****** laptops the lady asked me if I have serial numbers? I said yes and I've got a case number, she went to chat with the manager and returned with the story that I must be accompanied by a police officer in order for them to assist me. Cash Converters were really helpful they even send out comms to other Cash converters stores. So guys know who you're dealing with,very bad service from Cash crusaders who are protecting ********ity.
