Bad service, faulty appliances and sales people who lie

Hi,

Am highly disappointed with cash crusaders soshangueve, i spent R4500.00 one of the items i regret buying was a Bluetooth speaker Dixion for R1000.00, I've had the speaker less than 2 months and the speaker refused to connect, just went on and that was it, i went back to cash crusaders and asked why the speaker is on but does nothing after that, they then advised of return policy which I asked why was i not informed when i was buying the items then i would have never bought the speaker from cash crusaders. I asked for the consultant who was assisting me by the name Lebogang Legane in the time of the purchase, he **** to me and i advised him i remember clearly you did not , when he realized i remember he admitted to lying, till today im still been **** to when i query about the speaker, was advised on WhatsApp i will receive it on the 13th of September which was another lie.

As per my slip the product was never tested

When i follow up on WhatsApp they lie yet again, then i cant read out what the consultant is trying to say ( bad grammar) when I call there is always loud music and they wonder why they cant hear me.
