Bad Service

I would like to lay a complaint against the Cash Crusaders Primrose Branch(In Johannesburg). I bought an LG Smart TV in December 2020. On the same day the screen became blurry. I then called and reported the matter to the store as soon as I could(I spoke to Cindy) and I asked if I can take it to the nearest store because I stay far from where I bought the TV and she told me that I need to return it to the store where I bought it from. I then returned it to the on 13 February 2021 where it was taken for repair. Today(09 March 2021) I got a call from Cindy saying they won't be repairing the TV because Warrant doesn't cover TV screens. I was never told that screens are not covered, even on the Ts/Cs it is not listed under exclusions. When switching on the screen, it's clear for about 15 to 30 minutes and then it becomes blurry, which is the reason why I didn't see while I was testing it at the shop. The shop is refusing to pay R1800 charged by their technician. They said I must pay the R1800 because I am the one who caused the problem. I don't understand how is it my problem because they are the once who sold the TV that has problems.
