Bad Service Ever

Had the worst day at cash crusaders in Newtown mall Jhb,I bought those small bluetooth speakers then I realized it's not as loud as I thought it is so I took it back to the store.Damn those workers were so rude,they told me they dont take back products so if I want my money back I should go to the nearest cash converter store and sell it there.I tried my best to every worker almost 35minutes passed with no one is willing to assist me,I then realized let me look the back of a slip then boom the slip says you are allowed to return a product within seven days,oh my god it was as if I wrote that **** myself,no one cared about it even if i show them the slip what's written on it but it fell on dead ears all of them.I asked for management who happen to heard me all the time I was complaining but decided to keep quiet,he had the dreadlock black guy.This ***** was on the floor all the time but he didn't even jump in to solve the matter,after an hour they decided to give back the money even though I was there to upgrade my speaker by adding more money but their first reaction was so negative and rude,I would never recommend anyone to buy at cash crusaders Newtown mall JHB
