BAD SERVICE
GOOD DAY,
I AM SO ****ED RIGHT NOW, I BOUGHT A PHONE AT ONE OF YOUR STORES HERE IN CAPE TOWN THEN MY PHONE FELL AND IT CRACKED SO I TOOK IT BACK TO THE STORE TO FIX IT TILL TODAY I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PHONE BACK ITS THE 2ND MONTH NOW THEY KEEP TELLING ME DIFFERENT STORIES. WENT THERE THIS MORNING AND THEY ALSO SAID THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PARTS TO FIX IT SO MY QUESTION IS HOW CAN YOU SELL SOMETHING THAT YOU CAN NOT EVEN FIX???????????????????????
SO YOU GUYS EITHER REPLACE MY PHONE OR GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY.

I'm coming from the Cash Crusaders that I bought my phone from and the lady there tells me to buy another phone... but the 1st lady i spoke with last week said all i need to do is to pay R650 which was my quotation then they will replace my phone with X90. So I went there now with R650 and the lady that assisted me said I need to pay R1300 and they will give me X90, like how do i even pay R1300 for a R1100 phone?? ???? i bought a Dondee phone of R1600 in June and took it to repairs on October 9/10 and till today haven't received it back and now im being told to buy another phone R1300???? even a stupid man cant do that. Do you guys think I will ever buy another dondee again?? thats bull**** mos maybe when im mad ill buy it again but for now i need my phone fixed ASAP and i'm tired of going there now been going there for the whole two months and im exhausted and ****ed i even left the lady talking there bbcos i was so mad in such a way that i was gonna do something that i will regret so i chose to leave her talking to herself. Yu guys should fix this please i don't want to fight. and next time i go there i dont wanna talk i just wanna get my phone fixed or a replacement.
