Bad service

I bought a DVD set dixon on the5th at cash crusaders boulders mall midrand when I arrived home and tested I noticed its not what I want , I went back today 6th to return it only to find a rude cashier. When I entered the door there was no one to talk to then I went straight to the cashier asking her what must I do when im returning the goods she firstly ignored me and continued with her job I asked again she told me she's helping people on the Que but my question was what must I do she started to raise her voice of which I had to answer back. My whole church mood was thrown away I asked for the manager I was sent to Micheal who just apologised just to get rid of me his apology was not convincing it looked like I'm bothering him I left the store frustrated more than before. Im writing this report as an unhappy client that means they dont really care about their business I'm gonna spread the message about the bad behaviour I received at cash crusaders Midrand boulders I always buy my second hand things there I'm very disappointed.
