bad service - Chatsworth branch
Bought some games On Saturday and i only got my Xbox 360 connected on Monday and when i put in one of the games the disk was scratched so it was not playing. when i bought the games they took down all my information on there system. I did not want a refund i only wanted to exchange the damage disk but they could not assist me,
