Bad service Cash crusaders Maitland

This is one refers to Cash crusaders Maitland at the Pick n Pay centre in Voortrekker road. A warning not to buy their cellphone devices as the qaurentee on their fine print when something goes wrong within the 12 month qaurentee gets void immediately. I bought a phone end of Dec last year within months the phone gave problems and when I took it in stil under the qaurentee it get booked in with a 7 to 21 day repair service. It went over 30 days after calling many times when I can collect the phone just to find out they don't cover internal damages or lcd repair. After waiting so long fighting with staff and owner explained when I booked that phone there was no outside damage to the phone the only problem you can see calls come in but can't slide to answer. Shanty the same person who help me ask if the phone was dropped I said not to my knowledge and she inspected the phone booked note lcd fault with lead time. I went back about 3 times I have to pay to get my phone under warrenty amount between 1000 to 650 to get my phone. The communication between staff and owner out of a scale of 10 I wil give them a 2 and I told the owner myself that's the main problem with this shop they pass the problem on from one person to another to deal with it.
