Bad service / cash crusaders Kathu NC

I bought a phone from cash crusaders for christmas as a present, now the phone speaker is not working for almost a week thus it worked for 3 weeks. We work where it is not always possible to take the phone back due to long hours and working on the mine. Now i want to take it back they need to send it and it can take 4 to 6 weeks. We do not have a back up phone and can not sit that long without a phone. Why sell phones if you have no customer after care service?????
