Bad service

I would like to lay a complaint against cash crusaders in secunda. On the 6th of February 2021 i pawned my laptop in the store. We checked it all was well and in working condition when they received it, upon my collection on the 26th of March 2021( slip attached) i opened the laptop at the store to make sure everything is in order but i found that the battery on the laptop has exploded and the laptop is now opened, i told the buyer who was helping me by the name of KG. He looked at the laptop and gave me a battery to take to his friend or guy in another store Matrics secunda,mind you i am supposed to be at work during this time and im being sent up and down to fix my laptop which was damaged in their care, the guy at matrics could not fix the laptop,i then went back to secunda cash crusaders to find out the way forward but im receiving no help. Its been over a week now and mind you im using this laptop for work purposes and during this time im loosing money due to the laptop not working, i have been calling the store the whole week using my own airtime to find out if the have fixed my laptop or battery but i dont get help instead they keep promising to call me which they never do and when i go there they tell me they will look for the battery,they have a similar laptop on their floor but they refuse to give it to me and insist that they will look for a battery for my laptop this is really frustrating and it really inconvenient for me, if this is how you cash crusaders is treating their customers, it poor customer service. I need this matter resolved as everyday that passes by im lossing money because of this.
