Bad service

I pawned my laptop which the deadline is on the 29 August 2023, I went there to extend the loan, on the contrary states that the extention amount is NO MORE THAN R144.00, they refused to take the R200 saying I owe R380.00 in order to extend the loan, I asked for the explanation of that amount because in the contact I HD in hand states that it is not more than R144.00, the lady tha washed assisting me was irritable, she could not explain a thing, all she said everyday the loan is added with R1.00 and R0.50s which she had no idea wat I meant because when I took the loan, I had a set amount that I am supposed to pay so I have no idea where do the R1.00s and R0.50s come to play and how are they calculated to amount to R380.00 instead of R144.00.

What is really irritating all the people called to explain had no idea of what they are talking about. Are these people even trained in the product they are working on?
