Bad service

Very bad service I bought a laptop at cash crusaders boulders 7 days after it went off. And when I returned it was kept in the storeroom. I was promised to have effective communicator but nothing. The day I bought the laptop I was told to pay a certain amount of money for the laptop and the rest outside by cash. Please help I need to talk to the head office.
