Bad service at Cash crusades Diepkloof Square ( Soweto)

This email was first sent on the 7th then 10 th and lastly January 15, 2020 to various departments at Cash Crusaders, But no one responded to my email. Can someone from the company take responsibility. ..

I was at Cash Crusaders store at Diepkloof Soweto to pay for my LG TV contract only to be told that I need to laybuy it or buy it back. It was a shocking surprise for me as I never received any communication from them regarding my contract coming to an end. I know for a fact that they always remind me 48 hours before the contract lapses as I have two running contracts with the same shop and I've been serving them for more than two months now and every month they have been sending me sms's as a form of notification. They never did this time and they want me to either buy it back or laybuy my TV. Please please help me I got your contact from Hello Peter when you responded to a similar complaint from Nombuso D who lodged a complaint on the 14 December 2019 and you responded on the 17th December 2019. I like going the internal communications route before so that we can come up with a solution as we are having customer/ service supplier relationship. So to be clear my contract lapsed on the 5th January 2020 and I was at the store today the 7th January 2020, with the intention of servicing the debt. Please. Please help.

Regards, Mveli

Hi Mveli,

Unfortunately, the Cash Crusaders Diepkloof is no longer a part of our franchise system and therefore we are unable to assist. You will need to go to National Credit Regulator or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud for assistance. We apologise for being unable to help.
