Bad Service at Cash Crusaders Randburg Square

This afternoon I went to Cash Crusaders in Randburg Square for a loan. I approached the helpdesk for loans and there were 2 gentlemen. I spoke to one of them addressing the reason I am at their shop to pawn/loan my Laptop for cash.

The gentleman looked at my laptop (Connex) and said it is fine we will continue with the process, the other gentleman said no they do not accept laptops. I was confused and asked him to repeat and explain why. He said if the laptops stays longer they run out of battery and do not power up in result Cash Crusaders had to pay or purchase new ones for clients. It still did not make sense to me as there is a liability form which I assume one has to complete to cover those kinds of issues.

I was disappointed and felt that the gentleman was just making things up, hence this formal complain. I felt it was bad service and Cash Crusaders shouldn't advertise these services if they are going to disappoint clients.

The gentleman has a picture frame behind him as a Certified Buyer if I had to identify him as I did not take his name down. So there are two picture frames and his is on the right.

Please assist as this is not acceptable and a bad service.
