Bad service at Cash Crusaders in Boulders.

Bad online service from cash crusaders at boulders. I have been trying to talk to them for 4 hours and they told me that they can't leave the customers in-store to attend to me...as if I am not a customer myself! And I am in a different city so I can't be in-store. I am so disappointed....TERRIBLE SERVICE.
