Bad service at Cash Crusaders

I took up loan against my goods when I went to go pay the loan they told me that they have sold my ps4 by mistake and they just gave me poor service they not even showing effort to get me another one this is nonsense of service I kept my end of the deal and they never did and I paid money to them I went to go pay a week before still haven’t been assisted I waited for 3 hours in that shop it’s Cash crusaders in Tembisa megamart. I want my property back ASAP
