bad service and wrong pricing

i pawned an item of mine for R150 and i have to pay back R201 for a month. i then asked for an extension for 10 days in which i had to pay R108 to do. i spoke to Bradley Pooe who helped me to do a renewal for my item. i asked him why do have to pay R57 extra for 10 days where i had to pay R51 for the month inc initiation fee, he than rep**** by saying thats what the system charges and i have to pay it. i then asked him for the receipt that i payed the R108 to extend my contract, he said no i can have it with an attitude, so i said i will contact the head office about this and he said i must do it he cant help. i think the service has gone very bad. the staff member could of asked the manager to help or someone to assist but just received bad service.
