Bad service and undermining manager

I was at their Dobsonville branch for a loan,a guy named Mzwandile asked me if i was planning on coming back to get my phone as it had a scratch on the back,i said yes. He then asked if my phone wasnt bent as these new phones tend to do that he said. I was then forced to buy a charger for the phone which has never happened before, on that loan i was there to take he took out money to buy a charger so i was paying for something i did not even want. I am very dissapointed with the service i got and it wasn't my first time going there but it was definitely my last.
