Bad service and treatment

I am shocked and disappointed with the level of service I received from one of your branch in Bloemfontein maitland street. I did lodge a complaint about their services last year and they end up blacklisting me. I was not even aware that i am blacklisted for complaining about the bad service and treatment.

Please look into this matter and get back to me. I will appreciate it if they can remove my name from their blackist because I did nothing wrong.
