Bad service and product

I bought a brand new phone from Cash Crusaders. Within 2 weeks it started giving problems. It was sent in for repairs, that took weeks!! So....... I received the phone back eventually, but it is still faulty. Cash Crusaders had the phone for weeks, for repairs, but it still has the exact same problem. I have emailed you, tried to phone you, with absolutely no help whatsoever! And the phone is your house brand, Doogee. I am so extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the phone and service. Please people, be aware of Cash Crusaders and their phones. Believe me it is horrible. I now have a phone that I bought brand new, but I cannot use and they don't care at all!! Be aware please. Don't make the same mistake. Not worth the money at all. I will NEVER buy anything from them again.
