Bad Service and No Empathy

My mother passed away on 05/01/20222 and when I looked through her things after her death I came across a paper that states that she has a loan with Cash Crusaders Khayelitsha Mall. I went there and apparently she needed to pay an amount of R1770.00 to get TV back. I negotiated with the manager and because I am unemployed and I just buried my mom, I can pay the interest. When I came in the store last month, the lady who assisted me informed me that this is the last month I can extend the payment and pay the whole amount end of April. I have asked them for death benefits and they told me they have never encountered such an instance where a client has passed away before paying off the debt and hence I am liable to pay the amount due. I have explained to them my situation and to my surprised when I sent my daughter to pay the interest as agreed for this month, she was told that I need to pay the entire amount due and if not my mom's Tv will be placed on display to be sold and I will be loosing out on everything. I called the store but I was sent from pillar to post. Please assist me as I dont want to loose that TV as it costed my mom a fortune to be sold for a mere R1770.00.
