Bad service and disrespect towards customers.

<p>I got at the store at approx 14:10 to return an item and the store assistant by the name of CALVIN tells me he can not refund me then proceeds to assist other customers and makes me wait. After almost 10 minutes of waiting he then tells me that the item is not faulty according to his findings. I request to see the manager and he comes back and tells me the manager is busy and will attend to me and then i waited for the manager for 12 minutes then he never comes but sends the shop assistant to tell me to come back only on monday as they are have cashed up and can not refund. I insisted to discuss this with the manager as they are the ones who made me wait in the store until they closed. Then the manager Christo showed up to tell me that he can not help until monday</p>
