Bad service and bad product.

I bought the charge adapter on the 17 of may and it stopped working after two weeks and when I took it back they told me my item is cheap to be exchange and that’s the adapter only takes 7 days for guarantee and after 7 days they don’t take them back, like the Soshanguve plaza staff was so rude towards me even the manager came to me with an attitude because I wasn’t satisfied with the product I bought from their store. Like please make your products quality because I both the item because I thought your product had quality but after they stop working after two weeks and they give us attitude. This is sad being a black person. I swear if I were white there were gonna exchange it for me.
