Bad service

Good Day last week Wednesday I went to cash crusaders Sasolburg to buy a mobile eifi router. They had 2 on the shelf one not charging the other one doesnt have signal(after I had yo use my own simcard to test it cause they dont have). Dunday went there again a sales person came to help with a atitude of im not in the mood. Same routers on the shelf thsts not working the new ones he cant tell me what networks it takes again same story my phones simcard had to be used. Eventualy I asked for a manager because the staff dont know whats going on in their own store after 30 minutes no manager so I left without a router. I cant give any names because not 1 staff member were wearing any name badges. Service at that store is beyond poor bad attitudes from staff members and they dont have a clue how to do there jobs.
