Bad service

I bought a new Dixon tv at cash crusaders . And the tv just stopped showing pictures ,and i have the things box , book for the tv with the warrant and a slip. When i check the slip it was clear all the words doesn't show. Firstly before taking the tv to the shop, i go there and told them the problem and they said come with the tv in it's box warrant and the slip even if doesn't show. Ok i took all the things and go there and they will take the tv to Dixon shop to check what could be a problem and fix it. They took my numbers so that they will call me when it's done. I stayed for 2 weeks waiting for then to call, there wasn't any update and decided to go and check . To an amaze they asked for an ID number to check on the ssystem to check it and a tv license. While by the time buying the tv they didn't ask for all these things coz they were seeing money coming. And when it's time to fix it that's the time they need it. I'm not happy at all with them . And many people complain with their Dixon tv they have problem.
