Bad service

Bad service!!!! We bought a phone by them 27th of November. Already not working. They changed for us on the 28th of November to a new phone. 3 days after the new started giving problems again. Me being 700km away on work was not able to take it back directly. When I returned from work on the 3rd of January I took it in right away. After many fights they are telling me now it can take 6 weeks to get the phone back from repairs. When I bought the phone I wasn't talked that it would take this ridiculous time to just is a phone where the warehouse where they perform this is merely 70km from me!!!!!
